Summer Elopement Season

By

Well, this has been one for the books. Summer 2025 was packed full of incredible elopements that were such a joy to plan and photograph. Each couple brought their own story, their own vision, and their own kind of magic—and Andrew and I got to be right there with them, cameras in hand, capturing it all.

We wrapped up the season with a bang, traveling to the Pacific Northwest for our very first travel elopement in Washington State, and it still feels surreal. But before we look too far ahead, I want to take a moment to look back and celebrate every single couple we had the honor of serving this summer.

Cassidy & Aaron — Gatlinburg, with vows tucked away at Newfound Gap surrounded by sweeping mountain views.

Kayla & Alex — A rainy evening on the Foothills Parkway, one of my favorite stretches of the Smokies.

Samantha & Justin — Another Foothills Parkway celebration, full of laughter, light, and love.

Loren & Justin — A timeless Cades Cove elopement, blending history and mountains in the most beautiful way.

Katie & Joe — A cozy cabin in Townsend before adventuring to Metcalf Bottoms for riverside portraits.

Raven & Bobby — The Parkway again showing off with epic skies and unforgettable views.

Tiffany & Zach — Our first travel elopement in Washington, at Artist Point in the North Cascades National Forest—absolutely unforgettable.

Each of these days held something different—sunsets, mountain breezes, family prayers, belly laughs, and quiet moments that reminded me why I do this work in the first place. Summer 2025, you were so good to us.
